Most of these people are related, by blood or marriage; but not all. In some cases, a connection is suspected but has not been adequately documented. The more recent items - in general, anything less than twenty-five years old - are restricted, to respect the privacy of the next of kin. Women are listed under their maiden names, with their married name(s) in parentheses following.
