The undersigned would further represent unto your Honor that the Assets of said Estate amount to $1298.14 and the Claims to $1173.08, leaving for distribution to the heirs of said deceased the sum of $125.06, and that said excess of assets arising from Sale of Land, the Widow of said deceased is not entitled to a share of the same.
That the said Joel Bramlett, deceased, left surviving him Elizabeth Bramlett, his Widow, and Candace, wife of Wm. Calvin, Letitia, wife of John Bowen, William D. Bramlett, Richard Bramlett, Mary E. Bramlett, his children, and the following named Grand-children viz: Margaret, Mary E. and Wallace McClure, children of Rebecca McClure, a daughter of said Joel Bramlett, who died before her said father. That the above named children and Grandchildren are the only heirs at law of the said Joel Bramlett, dec'd, and that they are entitled to said sum of $125.06 in proportions following, viz:

He would further represent unto your Honor that on account of the conviction of said Wm. D. Bramlett of the crime of Manslaughter, a lien has accrued upon his share of said $125.06, and he prays that he be directed to pay the same to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of White County, for the purpose of discharging said lien upon the real estate sold in this Estate, and he prays an order of the Court directing him to pay the distributive shares above mentioned to the parties legally entitled thereto, and he would further represent unto your Honor that he has paid all the above claims and expenses except the amount due N. Garrett's Estate, and files receipts for the same.
