Ferdy Felty Dies Today

Ferdy Felty, 76, a resident of Enfield, passed away at 9:25 a.m. today in the Hamilton Memorial Hospital, McLeansboro.

The deceased was born in White County Jan. 20, 1898, the son of Edgar and Dollie Austin Felty. He was married to Elsie Pollard, who survives.

Mr. Felty, who was retired, had been custodian of the Enfield Cemetery for many years, and had worked in this business in Enfield and Carmi, for 40 years.

Others surviving, besides the wife, Elsie, are three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Wessel and Mrs. Marjorie Hadden, both of Carmi, and Mrs. Lyndell Doty, Grayville.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Donald Campbell Funeral Home.
