Tina M. Sturm, Crossville

Mrs. Tina M. Sturm, 98, a resident of Crossville, died at 10:20 p.m. Sunday at Carmi Township Hospital.

She was born Oct. 11, 1885 in Phillips Township, the daughter of Peter and Jeannette West Groff and was married Dec. 25, 1907 in Phillips Township to Ben Sturm, who died Oct. 30, 1972.

She was a member of the Phillipstown Methodist Church.

Surviving are three sons, Maurice and Harold Sturm, both of Crossville, and Ronald Sturm of Beaver Falls, Penn.; three brothers, Fred Groff of Grayville, Ben Groff of Plant City, Fla. and Samuel Groff of Lafayette, Calif.; 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Sturm Funeral Home in Crossville, with the Rev. Edward Minor, the Rev. Randy Douglas and the Rev C. Douglas Rorex officiating.

Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home in Crossville.
