Of the October term of the White County Circuit Court, in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Two.
The grand jurors, chosen, selected and sworn in and for the county of White and state of Illinois, in the name and by the authority of the people of the state of Illinois, upon their oaths present: That John Maurer, late of the county of White and state of Illinois, on the 23rd day of September in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Two, at and within the county of White and state of Illinois aforesaid did unlawfully and feloneously take, steal and carry away two heifers from the farm of Jacob Maurer, the personal goods and chattels of Rose Maurer, then and there being found, the said goods and chattels being of the value of Fifty Dollars, contrary to the statute in such case made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the same people of the state of Illinois.
