Millie Sturm, Crossville

Mrs. Claude (Millie) Sturm, 87, of Crossville, died at 7 p.m. Monday at the Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi.

She was born May 6, 1896 in White County, the daughter of Henry and Agnes Maxwell Robinson, and was married Oct. 27, 1916 at Grayville to Claude W. Sturm, who died Feb. 20, 1970.

Mrs. Sturm was a member of the Crossville United Methodist Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Joe (Ruth) Barbre of Crossville, Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Rawlinson of Pompano Beach, Fla. and Mrs. Clarence (Marilyn) Prados of Chandler, Ind.; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Sturm Funeral Home in Grayville, the Rev. John Beck officiating, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
