Crossville

Died, at his home near this place on Saturday, April 6th, Uncle Mike Sturm, after an illness of about four weeks with pneumonia. Deceased was one [of] our most energetic farmers and was about 65 years old. He was a consisten[t] member of the M.E. church, was loved and respected by a large circle of friends and relatives. He was a faithful member of the A.O.U.W. lodge and a zealous worker in its cause. His remains were taken to Indiana for burial where Rev. Leatherman, of this place, preached the funeral. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of this community in their sad affliction.
